Demo Team Rules

Demo team members must be current on club dues before performing in any demos

Demo team members will help out at other club events and help with set up at all demos.

Demos that conflict with a previously scheduled club event will be turned down, except in very special circumstances. Contacting these orgs on your own in order to perform there instead of attending the club event will be considered a breach of ethics.

Any demo request that is sent to the club shall be the club’s unless turned down by the club.

Stealing shows, breaches of ethics, contacting orgs that the club has a history of doing shows for in order to try to take the demo from the club and any unethical or shady behavior will not be tolerated.

If a demo team member is contacted and is requested to perform a show without the club, they are free to do so.

If too many teams want to do a demo, teams with multiple dogs will only be able to perform with 1 dog. If there are still too many dogs, we will seek volunteers to bow out.

After that, it will be discussed on a case by case basis.

If only a few dogs are requested for a demo, that will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Any and all conflicts with demos or thier dates will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Abusive language or treatment of another team member or canine will not be tolerated.

Infractions of these rules may result in being banned from the team and/or club.
